Matfer 321005 Exopat 11-5/8-by-16-3/8-Inch Nonstick Baking Mat-Is such a nice and re-usable way to bake cookies. I have watched so many cooking shows that use silpat so I just had to try it! I went online and found one for way less than in store! (About $10 less) All bakers should try this!
