Baked Lumpia Rolls, this is a Filipino appetizer


Over Christmas a freind brought over her delecious Lumpia rolls. She had chicken and yummy vegetables in hers. 

Baked Lumpia:
8 oz. Chicken, 1/2c. Carrots, 1/2c. celery, 2t. Soy Sauce, 2 eggs
 Dash of Garlic, Onion, and ginger powder. 
1 package egg roll wrappers

Crush the chicken with a fork or with your hands. Then add all of the ingredients till combined. Then roll them like this:


Then bake at 450 for 10 min then turn over and then cook 10 min more. I served these with rice, you could do Couscous. Enjoy!
