This is a great fall recipe. It tastes good as a desert or a breakfast treat!
Harvest Loaf
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease 2 loaf pans.

In a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, and eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake for 30 minutes,
or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Cool on wire racks before removing from pans.
Top with chopped walnuts.
