I have wanted to make meatballs but never had a recipe that I felt I would like. So I came up with my own, I took concepts from other recipes which helped me make my own. I think they turned out pretty good!
1 lb. Hamburger
1/4 t. Onion
1/4 t. Sage
1/4 t. Oregano
1/8 t. Thyme
1/4 t. Italian seasoning
1/4 t. Basil
1/8 c. Parmesan
1 Piece White Bread
1 Egg
I combined all in a bowl then rolled into small balls. I cooked in a skillet until the balls were browned and done. I would have added them to the tomato sauce but I didn't know if all my family would like that. Next time I will add them to the sauce.
