I love to make pasta dishes, especially with tomatoes sauce. These are two of our family's favorites and they are so yummy!
Baked Penne:
Ingredients:
I batch tomato sauce + a sprinkle of Italian herb, sage, parsley, and basil
1 cup mozzarella
1 half a small container of ricotta
1 box penne noodles
Directions:
Cook noodles till they are almost done, then drain, and pour into baking dish. While your tomato sauce is on the stove add in your two cheeses. Then pour your sauce over the noodles and top with extra mozzarella. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes, until cheese on top melts.
Baked Ravioli:
Ingredients:
I batch tomato sauce + a sprinkle of Italian herb, sage, parsley, and basil
1 cup mozzarella
1 container frozen ravioli
Directions:
Pour Ravioli into baking dish then add ravioli and mozzarella. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes, until cheese on top melts.
